"This graphic novel was so relatable, that I actually couldn't read much the first night I got it because in that moment I was going through those dark thoughts. Her illustrations are beautiful--I love her use of color. Definitely recommend this to anyone who struggles with depression and anxiety or knows someone who does to better understand the overwhelming nature of these illnesses."
"اول خیلی گارد بودم نسبت بهش و گفتم احتمالا یه کتاب کلیشه ای دیگه با حرفای عامیانه و اینستاگرامیه، ولی هرچی بیشتر خوندم بیشتر حس کردم که نه مث اینکه کتاب خوبیه. با اینکه باز هم یه سری جملات و حرفای کلیشه ای بعضا داشت، ولی خیلی خوب در مورد افسردگی و اضطراب و درجات مختلف خلق پایین و روش های مختلف برخورد باهاش صحبت کرده بود و به نظرم خوب تونسته بود از زاویه دید فردی که با این مشکلات دسته و پنجه نرم میکنه دنیا و زندگی رو نشون بده. در خلال جلسات روان درمانی داخل کتابم صحبتایی که رد و بدل میشدن واقعا تا حد خوبی به نظرم علمی بودن. این روزا که اکثر افراد درجاتی از اضطراب و خلق پایین رو خودشون یا اطرافیانشون دارن، خوندن این کتاب واقعا به نظرم خیلی میتونه کمک کننده باشه"
