Topic: I Left My A-Rank Party to Help My Former Students Reach the Dungeon Depths!
This anime is very different from its light novel's story and that's a good thing!!! As the light novel progressed its tone became darker and bleaker to the point where I eventually decided I wasn't going to continue down that rabbit hole to see where it ended. I know people are almost always critical of anime changing the story from their source material so I'm impressed the creators of this anime were willing to risk that criticism and alter it to the degree they did. Huge improvement IMO.

Jojo Damn I haven't seen this, but it looks cool. Ummm, as for your question, Kangan Ashura anime adaptation is on par with its source material. In my opinion, sometimes even surpasses it.
