"This unbelievably beautiful movie is perfect. I don’t have time for a nitpicking. Based on what I believe is the only book written by cellist Edward Kelsey Moore. Veteran tv director Tina Mabry gets her first big movie and she did that thing. The story, told in a then and now style, is of 3 lifelong friends and their families. And like all families, the joys, sorrows, happiness, abuse, character, secrets and love. Every single cast member made me fall in love with them. I got a headache from crying so much and loved the ending. Give this all the awards. "
