"I finally watched this 1980's cult classic movie. It ticks all the boxes for an 1980's action movie: Terrible lines, nudity, fight scenes every 10 minutes, explosions, 💥 and a big bad boss who owns the small town. The acting was barely passable. But it was still fun to see the ridiculous story play out. I especially loved watching Sam Elliott prance around as Patrick Swayze's side-kick, tossing around his long hair. Just great. Watch this at least once. Warning: ⚠️ cursing, nudity, and sexual scenes."

My personal preferences are the actors and music in this 1989 version over the 2024 version. Both movies have smilarities as well as differences, and I liked both movies equally well, each in its own right. Setting: Jasper, Missouri, however filmed in California."
