"This is a movie for fans of Nicolas Cage. It's the perfect vehicle for his particular brand of maniacal intensity. If anyone else had been cast in the role of the passenger, it wouldn't work. But the movie, as a whole, was just ok. I found it to be oddly shot and the scenes of violence were somewhat muted. Joel Kinnaman was adequate in his role as the driver, but was just outshined by Cage. Not bad for a lower budget film, but if Nick Cage isn't your jam, you might want to skip it. 7/10"
