"Not sure I’ve ever been this angry watching a film in my life. If you want to watch something to put you in a good mood this isn’t the film. Idk how a women feels watching this but from the perspective of a man this will hit you where it hurts. It’s like in this situation what do you do. When it feels like the whole world has turned on you and nobody believes you even though you’re innocent. The only thing worse than this is being falsely accused and sent to prison. The performance from Mads Mikkelsen is heart wrenching. One of the best films I’ve ever seen that’s just my opinion. I just need to know if this film was nominated for a golden globe and if so what did it lose to? Anytime a film can invoke this much emotion from me I feel as though it’s special. Everbody should see this atleast bone time. Highly recommend
After further research and not to my surprise this film was nominated for best foreign language film. And guess what it lost to something called The Great Beauty which I’ve never heard of. I have no clue what it is but I refuse to believe it was better than this. Now I have to watch and see for myself because it’s no way.
