"I enjoyed the performances and story. The action was pretty cool as well."

"Rami was awesome, but there was elements to the storyline that if it had been played out cinematically then it would have made things a lot more interesting. For example, like with Liam's movies, he's always wanting to get revenge on the people who hurt the people that he loves and it would have been awesome to see that played out in this movie. I guess what I'm getting at is that different enough action like enough fighting and enough Gore. It was all about the espionage and political ********. It was still a good movie though."
"Sad to say but this movie is actually a bit boring. Concept is cool, but definitely feel like there could’ve been more action, and ending could’ve been better."

"Amateur is a slow burn, but a compelling one. The film delves into the grief of a husband coping with the tragic loss of his wife, and Rami Malek delivers a grounded, natural performance as Charles Hector, a CIA cryptographer pulled into a deeper conspiracy.
It was also great to see Laurence Fishburne back on screen his role as Colonel Henderson added weight and presence to the narrative.
While the pacing is deliberate, the strong performances and emotional depth make it worth the watch. I’d give it 4 stars for the plot and acting definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for a thoughtful thriller."
