"This is another one of those movies that couldn't be made again today. Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor are back as a comedy duo in a murder mystery plot in which one man is blind the other deaf. They both witness pieces of a murder by sound and sight. The plot is actually quite clever even though it seems absurd. (Kevin Spacey has a small part in this movie, so if you choose to watch it just know that). The first half an hour is a little slow until the plot is set up, but after that the comedy movie takes off, and these two characters go for a wild ride along with the actress playing Richard Pryor's sister trying to outwit the cops who believe they committed a crime. The movie is a fun buddy comedy. Warning: ⚠️ There is a lot of cursing. Brief female nudity."
