"This felt all too real to me as a fellow adolescent girl who went through an awkward phase I could really see myself in Dawn in all her rejections, cringy crushes and uncomfortable conversations. I felt so much second hand embarrassment I found myself speaking to Dawn knowing the outcomes to all her situations it was a painful watch but in a good way, showing all the dramatics of adolescence in a darkly funny light. "
