"This drama starring Joan Crawford, Robert Young and Frank Lovejoy centers around college life. Joan Crawford's character, Ms. Reed, has become a congresswoman 20 years after her graduation from college. She decides to visit her alma mater on a lark, curious to see what type of institution her alma mater has become in her absence. After making the decision to return to the campus, she is greeted by suitors from her past, and present, and a sort of complex romantic triangle forms. The secret between two old lovers makes for good tension throughout the entire film. Eve Arden co-stars as Mrs. Reeves secretary. Good acting, with a simple plot."
