"I love Pete Holmes, and this special is no exception. Really, really great. He is the most wholesome while still slightly naughty comic this world has ever seen lol. I literally cannot decide how to properly describe his vibe….he is super sweet, very thoughtful, and wildly insightful for someone raised in such a staunchly religious setting. I love how his mind works, and if you’re offended by him, something is literally wrong with you and you should probably look into that. This is a great set yall, if you’re in a sh*t mood, this will set your mind right "

"Great! So many good jokes. The only thing that makes this not five stars is that his style has some awkwardness to it. It works, but it’s cringey. You have to pay attention while you’re watching or you’ll miss the smarter jokes, too. Makes for a very engaging show! 🎤"

"I’ve been a fan of Pete Holmes since I saw Crashing. His awkwardness and wholesomeness mixed together make him so likable and funny. This special did not disappoint. His facial expressions and jokes had me steadily laughing throughout the show. I love that his humor is so different and he doesn’t have the self-important vibe that many stand-ups give off . He’s not afraid to be his silly/cringe self- and while that might turn some people away, I find it endearing. As Pete says, he’s “not for everyone”…that devil!
