"This was super interesting to see how another country legal and medical system works. The fact that she got away with 6 murders and nobody batted a eye at what was going. I don't want to give spoilers but there so many WTF moments. I rated it one less because it was confusing with her defending lawyer and there is no closure to this documentary obviously she's going to get charged with the crimes and such but there was a huge lack of her perspective and thoughts "
