Scarred for life after a harrowing near-death experience, emotionally fragile mother-to-be Sarah is still struggling to come to terms with her loss. Overcome with silent grief, Sarah now seeks solace in work; however, she is on a collision course with sheer terror when a knock at the door in the dead of night chills her bones to the marrow. Now, the raven-haired, late-night visitor in black wants something precious from Sarah, and will stop at nothing to get it.

"I. LOVED. THIS. True horror and gore at its best. A different sort of slasher-adjacent film. Somewhat aided by a very minimalist soundtrack, this one feels very real. I saw it in French and I'd stick with that if I watched it again, but I wouldn't judge if you chose to watch it dubbed. It's sick af either way, just don't let the subtitles or dubbing scare you away from seeing it lol"

"One of the most emotional and gory films I've watched yet. Truly underrated. The incredibly sad tone is painfully obvious...once you get past all the horrific stuff that's happening. Just a reminder of why French films are simply wonderful. Wouldn't recommend for those who don't have the STOMACH for violence, esp. the last 10-15 minutes. "
