"This movie is interesting. I enjoyed the storyline, however, the writers didn’t do their research at all. And it shows! They want to push the whole voodoo enterprise but, they chalked it up as Haitian!!! No mentioning of Louisiana Creoles at all. Louisiana Creoles are NOT Haitian at all. I felt that someone just came in and said they want black magic. So they throw this together. I am creole so this was disappointing to watch when they mentioned Haitian culture in Louisiana! So inaccurate and I could tell someone wrote this that doesn’t understand the culture at all. "
