"I thought it was a decent movie, but nothing earth shattering. The first 2/3 of the movie was so dynamic, but they could have done the ending so much better. It seemed it was setting up for a great plot twist that would really tie the two story lines together, but it never came. I also wish there were more parallels between the book she was reading and her actual life. "
"3.5. I thought this movie was such an original!!! Parts of it are unsettling and nightmarish. It’s a bit uneven but well worth seeing."

"What a deeply complex and layered what-ifs thriller Ford has created. Feel like alternate lives, complicated dilemmas shaped by masculinity and upbringing and where life takes you to… beautifully directed, aesthetically stunning in showing isolation, emotional loneliness. Excellent cast and execution. "
""The bullets of literature used as a weapon are words, and unlike real bullets, these words never miss their destination." I loved the tension of the book and because it was a book I didn't get startled I don't know how it works but really usually I don't like this kind of tension in movies but in this one I was like it is just a book. And last but not least this was one of the best revenge I have ever seen. GO EDWARD GO "

"This movie was so well done, to the point that I couldn’t finish it. It takes a lot for me to not finish a movie and this is the first one to do that. I can’t convey enough how unsettling this movie is. The story written by the main character in the movie was made so realistic that I felt as though I was being suffocated. It’s something that women every day fear will happen to them and what fathers fear will happen to their loved ones, not for the faint of heart, and more terrifying then any horror movie I’ve seen."
