"You just have to love Peter Cushing. The Horror great is back in another Frankenstein movie. He plays the Baron with a different type of madness. This time, he wants to create the perfect body and mind to get his prominent position back in the medical community. The acting is good, but just like any other monster movie, a few scenes that don't quite make sense. Overall, the film is worth watching."
