"It looks cheesy, I know. I know. Give it a chance. Watch it. It's funny. It just sucks that D'Elia had to turn out to be the way he is lately, and what he's done, y'know. ANYWAY, between halfway through and the end I looked over to my mother, who I was watching this with at the time, and we both agreed this was NOT the direction we thought the movie was going 😂 If you're a horror junkie, no, I wouldn't call this horror. It's definitely a comedy/parody kind of movie. Wholesome. Lesbian representation. The wife there, Samantha, was irritating AF though. The same kind of irritating when someone does something so obviously stupid in a horror movie that you know that no human in their right mind would ever do it. Don't get me wrong, it's not bad acting, but her character just drives me up a wall. OTHER THAN THAT, solid movie. The trailer undersold it, but it had to or else it would spoil everything. "

"i went back and forth on whether i hated or liked this movie while watching it. while the premise is supernatural, i found what was happening within the context of the story unbelieveable. it was all the little things that just wouldnt happen or would make the characters so idiotic you no longer liked them. but ultimately by the end i had a smile on my face so i guess that warrants a like. but my mom pretty much hated it soo..."
