Bela Lugosi plays the doctors, who uses terrible means to extract spinal fluid from people to help the woman to walk again. Somehow, the plot also includes an escaped trained ape from a circus 🎪 who terrorizes the nearby town. Just watch it, and don't judge! 😂"
