"A grand, epic scifi tale with cool action and characters. A good man dies and has to face the seven trials of the afterlife to be awarded reincarnation. It’s starts really good then gets kinda manic and convoluted at the end. It also gets pretty sappy with the forced sentimentality, but that’s my jam anyway. But it’s also fun and exciting. B-. There’s a sequel that’s not rated as high as this one. Worth the watch? "
