"This is a mediocre movie but it has a fun premise. A famous hunter invites eight guests to an Agatha Christie style garden party at his secluded estate. He believes that among them is a werewolf who has been murdering people in different cities. The purpose of the party is to expose the werewolf and then hunt them down.
As I said, it doesn’t really work. There isn’t a ton of tension and its low budget is very obvious at times. Peter Cushing is doing his Hammer-style occult professor and Charles Gray (who has played Blofeld and Mycroft Holmes) is his usual smarmy self but the rest of the cast is bland and unconvincing.
I actually think a low budget, modern remake of this movie could be really good for one of the streamers. (I’d rather have them doing that than making pale imitations of great films). Just for the concept, 3 out 5 Stars"
