"This movie really surprised me. I always knew that Sean Penn likes to take on roles in which he can challenge himself. This is based on a true story of two unlikely people that collaborate on a daunting history-making Project. I enjoyed it thoroughly, even though some scenes seemed overly dramatized. I was surprised at Mel Gibson's acting ability. I didn't believe he could give such a powerful yet understated performance. The movie is somewhat slow, but deserves at least one viewing."
