"The beginning and quite frankly the whole movie is a bit confusing at times, but I liked the idea of it. Iβve always been interested in the Roanoke colony so to see a movie play with that concept was cool. "

"One of the worse ways to waste your time is watching this movie.I zoned out by how pointless the plot was.The shadow creatures/darkness isn't frightening at all.How did the main cast last that long when the dark creatures could have had them before figuring out all they need is a basic light source that doesn't even need to cover their body. U get no ending that explains how or where the darkness came from.Horribly written that I'm wondering why it's on Prime and why does it have a 4.8 on IMDB. "
