"I think that without nuance, this movie is basically gaslighting and blaming people who are struggling with chronic illness. That being said, I think there are some really interesting and thought provoking ideas in this film, but it's packaged in a white washed infomercial. Would love to see this talk about what an approach like this would look like for minoritized communities under constant stress. My suggestion: take from this what works for you, leave what doesn't. Worth watching though."
