In 2007, in the midst of the drought and water shortages, the NSW State government has unveiled plans to tap into and recycle millions of litres of water trapped in a network of abandoned train tunnels just beneath the heart of Sydney. However the government suddenly goes cold on the plan and it is not made public why. There is talk of homeless people who use the tunnel as shelter going missing, even though the government states that there are no homeless people in there. This, and the silence from the officials and ministers, leads a journalist, Natasha to begin an investigation into a government cover-up. She and her crew Pete (Producer), Steve (Cameraman) and Tangles (Sound Technichian) decide to investigate the story in the tunnel.

"It is a slow burn/build up found footage if that’s not your cup of tea this prob won’t cut it but if you do def give this one a try ! Let yourself get immersed a bit (watch it in the dark) to fully feel the effect of the tight corners and amazing sound. It kept my attention . 8ish/10 from me "
"This was done in the documentary style which is always effective if done correctly. There are some parts that feel like a movie that ruin the illusion a little bit. What's unique is that normally in these found footage type movies everyone is missing or there are no survivors. Here they are interviewing 2 of the people involved and they add context and meaning to the footage we are seeing which is a nice little wrinkle. They spend way too much time on the water shortage story and not enough on whatever it is that is lurking in those tunnels which makes it kind of boring in some parts. Creature design was ok just which they would have shown more of it. Overall it's not bad but just a slight recommendation. "2011. Slowish burn found footage movie about reporters looking into the disappearances in a tunnel. I didn't find it that scary, but it keeps you wanting to know what happens next. Good acting and setting that really engages the watcher. Overall, I think if there were less chase sequences, screaming, and a more complete ending, it would have been perfect. Extra points for what they find in the tunnel ;)"
