"So, there was a prison...sort of. There was also a sort of an escape, but the only thing this movie has in common with the previous two is THE TITLE. The plot meanders, the villain doesn't really know what type of revenge he wants, and the viewer never really understands what the background of he and his men are. It was simply confusing to watch. With the amount of action in the script, this movie should only have been an hour long. What a waste! 🥺"
