"A fun but admittedly surface level documentary following Arnold and his competitors leading up to the 1975 Mr. Olympia competition. It’s certainly cool to see behind-the-scenes footage of Arnold’s training sessions and a small glimpse into his mindset, but ultimately get very little depth to Arnold’s story and we learn very little about his competitors. I also learned that quite a few parts were fabricated/factionalized to make the story more compelling, which I wish they didn’t do :/ "
"Great. Very straightforward to bodybuilding. I enjoyed learning more about it. Also it was cool to hear the body builders giving their thoughts about it and their mindset. But I mainly enjoyed it for seeing the peak of what muscles could look like. Well for the time I don’t if it holds up to now."
