"I mean, it's cute. I love Joe Pesci in this, and the plot altogether is endearing. I just wish there were more moments with Pesci's character and the little boy he befriends, or more scenes of him actually fixing the building. I think there were a few minor storylines left without being wrapped up. Overall, it's a good movie and it has some great moments. I think a few more details in this would've cemented it for me as a classic."
