"(2009) UK. This movie was ok, somewhat boring but sad and chaotic. Way too many slow, dull moments with lingering shots. The main girl was soulful, but didn't really get the point across that I think the director was trying to impress upon the audience. I did gain more insight into how trauma, abuse and neglect in childhood can lead one to develop people pleasing tendencies that then may grow into addictive tendencies, continuing a cycle of abuse and neglect going forward. "
