"🌟👍🏾🌟 The pace of this was slow, but pleasant — it’s the story of an artist’s personal exploration & professional growth; the story is set in a highly unusual location & there are some unique & quirky characters....
The actress who plays the artist is Jenny Slate & she just has a “je ne sais quoi” about her that I find intriguing; I think she’s talented & pretty, and has a nice personality ... Her voice is pleasant to me & she’s charming in a soft yet also lively way, so I appreciated her in this role."
"Unique, evocative, and eclectic, this film is a quiet character and art study set in Norway. I could feel the emotions of the characters as they were very generative and special. I could also sense the yearning to find one’s footing in the main character who grapples with her sense of self in a way filled with poetry. "
"I wouldn’t classify this as a romance at all. It is romantic in a sense, but more like romantic in all relationships and life type of thing. It’s a really great film about a journey a woman goes through when feeling like she has no control and has lost direction in life. #millennial #chickflick #travel "
