"This is a fun look at an older Black woman's journey to coming into her own and loving herself. The trailer spends a lot of time in parts of the story that are minor. Alfre Woodard does her thing here and doesn't disappoint; but, if you come for Madea in Big Butte on Friday you will be bored. This is more like To Sir with Love to Exhale, with a bit less culture play. That said, it's more drama than comedy, to be sure. Enjoy it with an older woman you love."
