"Yes, it's subtitled, but well worth it. If cats or kids are your trigger, avoid. Laddaland starts normal enough (too normal), but departs shortly thereafter. I don't usually go for ghost movies, but this one grabs you and won't let go. Plenty of jump scares; but hey, it's a ghost movie. This is a worthy entry in Asian horror genre...must see."
