"Not enough changeling movies, but this? Good for the concept, a garbage slow burn otherwise. Like it's so slow I don't know how I survived to the end. I feel like they could have done more with the changeling concept, it was such an interesting idea and so much lore was being dropped in little nuggets, but then they didn't do anything with it. And now I have to wait/hope for another changeling movie to drop that might be good. If only this one had achieved what it was trying to do."

"A really slow burn but it was still pretty good. It had a really eerie feeling throughout of something not being right and the mother was pretty frightening at the end. But if youre someone who likes a lot of action this isn't for you. It's definitely more psychological and the horror seems more in the not knowing whether the mom's a changeling or going through something. Also I gotta say I liked having a movie about changelings. That idea always freaked me out when I was little. "

"I really wish I could rate this higher 2.5 stars. The concept is great. The actors are good. It all falls apart in the execution. The bully changes from hating the lead girl to being her best friend and there’s no explanation for this about face whatsoever. I like a good slow burn, but this was painfully slow for about the first hour. In the hands of a better director and editor this might have actually been really good. As it is just kind of meh."
