"Poor acting. Poor script. Predictable and unoriginal storyline. The most exciting part of the movie was the home invasion which happens early on. The rest of it was unexceptional and, dare I say, boring. 4/10"

"This movie follows a well-worn plot line: loving husband has dark side, wife finds out at great peril to her own survival. The victim(s) generally take a static backseat to the wife’s discovery process. Even while predictable, the acting was good and the suspense hung forcefully enough to keep me entertained. On a 5 star scale, this is a solid 3 from me. To make it a 4, the plot should have woven more into the creepy husband’s motivations. Or driven home the abuse narrative more clearly."
