"To say the least: this is an
emotional movie that had me
stressed during various moments
I also think its very important for
everyone to watch, regardless of
your situation. Now, how I word
the following could potentially
be considered a spoiler but its
not really, so this is your warning ⚠️
This is one of those movies
where they don't tell you the
ending but as an outsider looking
in everything is so obvious that
you're just constantly praying that
the characters catch on to the
situation before it's too late. "

"This was a beautifully sad film that really hit close to home for me as I also have my own mental health struggles and obstacles. The son in this movie has a hard time managing functioning day-to-day and resists going to school. He has something deep within him that won’t go away-an inner torture that assails him day in and day out. The torment he goes through is affectingly, poignantly portrayed and just goes to show what it’s like, as a nation, as families, and as individuals, to have a mental health crisis on our hands. "
"Very underrated movie. I don’t understand the low ratings it got. Anyways, this movie depicted depression in a way I have never seen before. Depression is not something simple that can be overlooked. It is OK to not be OK. It is OK to ask for help. It is OK to get help. This movie was worth every second… loved it!"
"My heart hurts… so much after watching this. This movie represented mental illness so rawly. I’m not sure why this movie has such low ratings. I thought it portrayed mental illness in a good light and showed the different sides of it. The side of the son who has the mental illness and the side of the parents who underestimated how serious the mental illness was. "
