"A fairly good #thriller to watch alone in the dark — it’s worth a 3/5 (which means I enjoyed it), but first of all, those home invaders were stupid (making this #unbelievable), and Sophie got away with “it” without repercussions, so I didn’t like the message behind the movie (it looked like she had a full backpack🎒at the end there) …. Otherwise, the main actress played her role well … and I got a kick out of her character’s aggressively hostile attitude, lol. "

"Better than average home invasion movie with a twist. Not too violent til the very end. Jessica Parker Kennedy has a cool role. But every time I see a movie like this I just feel that I should have watched Hush again instead. "

"I'm gonna get a bit spoiler-ish here cause I was pretty close to giving this 2 stars and would like to explain why I didn't like this movie, and it has everything to do with the characters/plot. The MC is an ex-skier who has gone blind, I assume from an accident while skiing. She now does pet-sitting (and in turn, house-sitting) for work, and in this new gig something goes wrong and so the story begins (as do the real spoilers, last warning!) At this point in the movie, I already didnt like her for her personality but was looking forward to seeing her develop into a better person, and she NEVER does. It's really unbelievable, and what's worse is the people around her seem to truly care about her and think she's a good person. Because literally everything else about the movie seemed well done, I felt it didn't deserve such a low rating, so I've bumped it up to 3. If you're looking for a similar character, watch Emily the Criminal. "
