"I'm a huge fan of the Foo Fighters. They're one of my all time favorite bands, but had big reservations that this movie would be any good at all. I was pleasantly surprised. As horror/comedies go, this is actually pretty funny. It's definitely campy, and very gory. They actually put a decent amount of production value into this movie. The special effects are well done and there's buckets of blood, and each kill is more over the top than the last. So if you're a fan of the Foo's and this genre, you should enjoy it in the spirit in which it was intended. 7.5/10"
"Another movie that I’m glad I saw but have to say it’s not very good. They’re one of my top 10 fav bands ever but this is just a total vanity project for Grohl. There are some really funny parts but it came across as little more than a fancier episode of Charmed. Full disclosure, I don’t really like horror movies much. "
"Was able to get tickets to an advance screening, I’ve been looking forward to seeing this! It didn’t disappoint! True 80s style slasher flick with funny lines and the foo fighters?! Loved it! "
