"HILARIOUS. susan was the ideal leading woman, absolutely unhinged as she inconvenienced and gaslit a man until he fell in love with her. she’s my idol. this was so oddly romantic to me. i enjoyed the insane antics and miscommunications, it’s just a wacky wonderful time. the physical comedy is on another level. i love characters that just have the worst way of problem solving, somehow making a situation that was already strange much much worse. "

Although it’s a rom com, I saw it as a kid and I’ve shown it to kids 4-12 and the subject matter that Cary Grant is trying to get a dinosaur bone for his museum and that there’s a leopard in the film were plenty to keep them interested.
