"This is the first full-length film from Yorgos, and when compared to the films he made thereafter, that fact makes perfect sense. Kinetta feels like one of his films... but doesn’t do as good a job balancing his style with intrigue and depth. If you’re a Yorgos fan, it’s worth watching... you’ll find enough in the film to enjoy. But, I’d guess this film will test the patience of casual viewers."
