This is the sort of movie that makes me believe that science fiction can still have a heartwarming story which drives the plot instead of gunplay and horror. The plot begins in the middle of a tragic family situation, and we follow this family and their drama throughout the entire film. Something has happened to the human genome, and people of all sorts are slowly transforming into animals. The locations and lack of lighting make this film even more intriguing to watch. The film has a haunting beauty to it, and we see how people cope with sudden change in their lives: adapt or embrace? coexist and live? be frightened by it, fear it, correct it, cage it, or eliminate it? This director has dropped something in your lap and you have to decide if you want to pick it up and take a good look at it. French Audio."

Two years after it has become commonplace for a small percentage of the population to begin to slowly mutate into about 80% animal (a wolf, a bird, a lizard, etc) and lose their ability to communicate, they start caging them.
