" A stiff Russian policeman teams with an unprofessional American cop. In a better than it has a right to be buddy cop movie.
Except the cops never totally become buddies. It is fun with a fine supporting cast. Red Heat just doesn’t really make you want to see more the duo. Which we didn’t get anyway."
