When a not-so-popular lawyer is killed on the county line, Maksville County Sheriff Alden Rockwell must reluctantly work with the newly elected Sheriff Jo Porter of the neighboring York county. Her "big city" methods clash with his "old school" ways, but when the murderer continues to strike, they must learn to set aside their differences and work together in order to stop the killer.

"Nice to see Tom wopat. Movie is ok. Not alot of action like one would be used to in today's movies. Really just wanted to watch wopat. Can be watched with kids or family. Was a nice surprise to see denim richards in here too. Hope he's in the other two movies which I'll give a watch to see wopat. "
