"Worn Stories is full of vignettes, thoughtful interviews and creative animations about how objects like an article of clothing can tell a story. They manage to incorporate stories that are inclusive through a diverse lens: from a Black woman who identifies as a nudist, a Latino man released from prison after 41 years, all the way to a nonbinary Jew excited for their gender neutral ceremony. It’s heartwarming, upbeat and a solid execution of humanizing things we often deem as insignificant or trivial. It’s an easy watch.
This docuseries is based on the book by artist and curator Emily Spivack. “In 2014, Spivack collected over 60 stories that celebrated the meaning that clothes bring into our lives.” - Time magazine "
"This show is a true hidden gem. 'A show about clothes' - it is so much more than that. Really interesting stories and lives depicted. Uplifting, funny, poignant - and never just 'about clothes'. Watch and enjoy."

"Meh. Interesting stories intertwined with really boring ones. Didn’t keep my interest beyond episode 1. "
