"This just in: sarcastic and violent Yakuza member who's never had anything to lose before learns how to love small child which turns him into someone who's only violent to those who want to hurt her or the family. (And his co-workers who he bullies relentlessly but it's funny) 😌 Love the joke later where the boss tries to stall him by asking him about anime and if he's seen the anime about a Yakuza becoming a house husband and him saying he doesn't like anime. It made me laugh so hard because the mc shares the English VA for the way of the househusband 💀 (and he does just as an amazing job voicing this character as he does in that anime)"

"A slice of life anime that, as to be expected since it features the Yakuza, has a few poignant and brutal moments in it, but I truly think those parts are important for the character development and make the sillier and more light hearted moments feel more welcome. The dynamic is very similar to spy family and would easily recommend it to any fans of that show."
