A fantasy medical drama about a high-ranking grim reaper named Kkok Du, who is the only being to exist in the underworld. Every 99 years, the cold and cruel Kkok Du must take a break from his job in the underworld and spend 49 days in the mortal realm—and this time, he winds up inhabiting the body of the human Do Jin Woo. While living as Do Jin Woo, he meets Han Gye Jeol, a female doctor who has the mysterious ability to order Kkok Du around.

"A fantasy drama about two lovers separated by fate and circumstances on the day they died, one from those keeping the lovers apart while the other chose to take her own life. For her end in life the woman is sent through reincarnation in rough lives, as her lover is taken through a harsher trial as he is never given rest to only forget about the past and turned to a god that kills the worst of humanity!! Worth watching to see the trials the lovers will take in life and if they will be given a chance to start the relationship anew!!!"

"A fun romcon mixed with angst. Would've rated this a 5 stars, but I don't usually watch "romcoms," so the comedic aspects were a bit overpowering for me. If you love romcoms and you watch fanatsy shows, then you'll enjoy this. "
