"I really wanted to like this more as the concept seemed interesting and the main actress seemed perfect for the role (which she was! I was not wrong about that), however, I found the storyline confusing and very boring in some parts. Instead of creating tension in the slow moments like in the first episode, eps 2-5 felt like a long drag of "you may not get it now but it's gonna matter later". I honestly don't even remember much of what happened there cause I kept getting distracted. Thankfully eps 6 and 7 were really great(!!) and made me feel it was kinda worth pushing through. BUT if someone asked me: should I watch this show? Id say, watch ep 1 and then skip ahead to ep6, otherwise skip it. 6/10❌🐸"

"I am just starting the fourth episode. I'm 12:47 in and I'm not sure I'll continue watching. I rarely give up on a show or movie but I am NOT digging this one. So many irritations! Constant use if loud and obnoxious thriller music for every little thing. Even things that are ho-hum. The main character is stupid. Spoilers coming your way.... He finds a towel that a young boy used after swimming. He thinks the boy is dead but has zero proof so what does he do? He burns the towel. Why? No clue. THEN he is basically warned that his daughter's life is in danger from a psycho but what does he tell his daughter when she is worried about his odd behavior? He says everything is fine. He doesn't warn her. Why? Who knows but he's not telling. He does more absolutely stupid things. The story goes back and forth in time between 2001 and present day. Supposedly there is a connection between a murder back then and the psycho _itch now. I can't see even a hint of how they are connected and I'm not sure I care. Nothing makes me angrier than stupid people and the main guy really p1sses me off. And it's obvious pretty early on what the "twist" will be. If I do finish this show, it will only be to see if I'm right. But I am. Right. I doubt anyone will come back for an update but if you do, my final thoughts will be an addendum. I was excited for this show. I'm sad that I dislike it so much. Addendum I just finished watching this show. I still hate it. The twist wasn't even a twist. You find out that in around episode 4. Basically this show tried too hard to be thrilling and original and it was neither. It was just stupid. Two things I liked, the acting and the cinematography. That's why it gets two stars."
