"Story had so many holes in it, made you think then rethink, just when you think they’re guilty you can’t find evidence to prove that. The question isn’t who killed their daughter. It’s why? Too many theories which made the verdict at the end surprising. Media didn’t help either. Show certainly made you guess even after the show ended whether the verdict was the right one. Watch in Spanish and subtitles rather than in English as the Mother Rosario can be incredibly annoying. "

"Really disturbing true crime story based in Spain that constantly makes you go back and forth between your own position. Just when you think, it can’t be— it is. Then you’re back on that roller coaster. At first, it’s unfathomable, then not so much and in the end, you just have to watch it to know. I like how they played the ‘what ifs’ — each scenario looks plausible. In the end, I’ve just been looking online because I wasn’t satisfied and needed to know more. The criminal justice system, media influence (and madness) — all playing into the narrative. "

"Was I hooked? Yes. Was it great? Nah. Considering it’s based on true events of a real case; I finished it. The story itself was so “wish-washy” from the beginning. Multiple questions left unanswered. Really enjoy Netflix’s limited series though! 6.5/10 ⭐️"

"This was really disturbing series based on a true story. This series really dragged and so many bread crumbs given and left me wondering on different events mentioned. Not to give any spoilers this series makes you really wonder about folks and gave me the ick but I was comitted to finish it. "
