"It's a very 90's syndicated cartoon show. It's based on the Image comic of the same name. The comic is far better than the show (that's been nerfed for kids), but I think the show has/had a bit more going on than it's contemporaries. It's an animated police procedural set against the backdrop of a Chicago populated by superhumans. It's a different spin on the usual superhero fare. Nothing too deep here, end the end, just a fun actioner."
