"This is one of my go to comfort shows. Always funny no matter how many times I’ve seen it. I agree with others that it felt different after the Ropers left. Don Knotts was of course great as Mr. Furley though. I also wish that they would have kept Suzanne Somers as Chrissy. The original cast worked so well together. "

"Absolutely a classic! I would give it 5 stars but It was not the same after the ropers left but the dynamic between them and Mr and Mrs Roper is hilarious. John Ritter, RIP, is a physical comedy genius and the misunderstandings are hilarious. Definitely one of the best sitcoms ever, I just really wish they kept the Ropers (Norman Fell and Audra Lindley) on, they went off to have their own sitcom. "
