This series was adapted for television by story editor/head writer Michael Chain and the series even spawned a toy line.

"I adored this cartoon series when I was a kid and I still get a kick out of it now. I wonder how the creator of Rambo, David Morrell, feels about how his creation transformed over the years. In this series Rambo fights giant birds, Dracula, has his apples stolen by a raccoon, and also gives great advice like: “Next time eat a rat, don’t work for one"... If you can get your hands on the series I highly recommend you do. It’s on another planet."
