Seiya Kanie, believes that the beautiful but reserved Isuzu Sento has invited him on a date at an amusement park called Amagi Brilliant Park. Much to his chagrin, not only is the location a run-down facility, the supposed date is merely a recruitment tour where Sento and Princess Latifa Fleuranza, the owner of the theme park, ask him to become the park's new manager. Their cause for desperation? As stipulated in a land-use contract, Amagi has less than three months to meet a quota of 500,000 guests, or the park will be closed for good and the land redeveloped by a greedy real-estate company.
Seiya is won over by the revelation that Amagi is no ordinary amusement park; many of its employees are mysterious magical beings who live in the human world and are nourished by the energy created by people having fun. Entrusted with the hopes and dreams of this far-off enchanted land, Seiya must now use his many skills to bring Amagi back on its feet, or watch it crumble before his eyes.

"This is a show based on a concept that I really enjoyed! The main character, Seiya Kanie, is comedic and full of himself, but it was executed in a way to not be the most frustrating thing ever. The side characters are a delight. The interactions they share are enjoyable and lighthearted. Kanie’s assistant, Isuzu Sento, is a typical girl with no emotions. She’s strong and knows how to wield a gun. She likes Kanie but never gets the balls to say it. That romance never lead anywhere, and it wasn’t one I was rooting for that hard. The elementals worked well as did moffle, macaron, and tiramy. It’s last two episodes were only filler and it had a decent amount of other filler episodes, but with I show like this I can expect it, just weird how the last episode ended. Also we don’t have a season 2. The princess was ok in the show, I guess? Not really something that brought the show down nor up. I give it a rating of ⚡️53/100⚡️ It might seem low, but I can’t rank it to high because I preferred other things over it, but I would still recommend it due to its good humor and slice of life persona. It also got an extra point because it was dubbed. I did bump it up a bit because the more I thought about it, it was pretty good."
